Disney Vacation Day 1

Monday Aug 18th

We arrived at the Motel 6 in Anaheim only .08 miles from the Disneyland resort, at 3pm. I got a room with a microwave and fridge. Alls we did this day was put our stuff away (boy did we have a lot) and swam. We went to the pool in the afternoon came up to eat and went back down in the night time. We watched the Disneyland fireworks from our room. We went back up and got our stuff ready for California Adventure the next day.

Disney Vacation Day 2

Tuesday Aug 19th

We got to the resort at about 11am, parked and made our way to the tram. I had to take one of the infamous letter pictures. The baby was quite cranky the whole time, so there are lots of pics of Liam and me. So he sat in the O for the pic. We didn’t ride any rides here. We went to Turtle Talk with Crush. It was very cool. Allie got upset, so I had to go to the back of the theater with her. Liam got a pic with Aladdin and Jasmine, and then we sat down just in time for the Drawn to the Magic show. VERY COOL! Went to a gift shop, got Allie a Kermit, Liam some Pirate Mouse ears with his name on them. Then we decided to take some crazy hat pics. While walking around, Allie saw some ducks off the bridge and looked at them for a long time. She loves the “Quack Quacks” We at lunch at McDonalds. The kids played on the Paradise pier Fire Dept boat. Liam and Allie loved walking and climbing on everything! Allie took a nap for a lil while and me and Liam sat and relaxed in the shade for a bit! Then we saw the Pixar Play Parade. It was such an awesome show! Allie loved it! I got Allie a pink hat with her name on it. We went around takin pics while waiting for the electrical Parade. The Parade was just like I remembered it from when I was little. Very sparkly! After the Parade CA Adventure was closing. As we walked out the fireworks at Disneyland started. Allie didn’t scream, so I sat down to see if shed be ok during them. The whole time she had her hands over her eyes but was looking through the cracks. Me and Liam cracked up!
